Aransas County Counseling and Educational Support Services, Inc. (ACCESS) began in 1992 after Dr. Frances Mayo identified a need for professional counseling services for all individuals. In 1995, Access Counseling was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Access Counseling is committed to providing quality, affordable mental health care to those individuals living in Rockport-Fulton and the surrounding area.

Since our founding, our goal has been to provide affordable mental health care to those in need. Our qualified staff and counselors work with individuals, couples and families to help ease the burdens associated with change, loss and trauma.
