Aransas County Counseling and Educational Support Services, Inc. (ACCESS) began in 1992 after Dr. Frances Mayo identified a need for professional counseling services for all individuals. In 1995, Access Counseling was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Access Counseling is committed to providing quality, affordable mental health care to those individuals living in Rockport-Fulton and the surrounding area.
ALL COUNSELORS ARE LICENSED BY THE TEXAS STATE BOARD OF PROFESSIONAL EXAMINERS OF PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS.
Since our founding, our goal has been to provide affordable professional counseling to those in need. Our qualified therapists work with individuals to help ease the burdens associated with change, loss and trauma.
We welcome both traditional and non-traditional couples, and families struggling with the educational & emotional needs of their children.
We also offer those harder-to-find specialties including family medication, co-parenting issues and reintegration for PTSD recovery

Immediately report any instances of bullying (in any form) that you become aware of, to your school authorities.
